When dozens of sites report “slow,” the solution isn’t dozens of full investigations—it’s a repeatable bottleneck workflow. I segmented performance issues into quick categories (TTFB vs front-end weight, cache effectiveness, database query pressure, and media overload) and used that to choose targeted fixes: caching alignment, image and asset optimization, pruning expensive plugins, and cleaning up database bloat where it actually moved the needle. The core technical lesson is that scalable performance work relies on consistent classification and a library of proven remediations that can be applied across similar stacks.
