Realty sites often lean on search, listing performance, and lead capture; construction sites push heavy media and require aggressive performance tuning; medical cannabis sites carry added compliance and reputational risk that makes security posture and content stability paramount. The technical focus was building a per-vertical mental model—what breaks first, what’s most business-critical, and which monitoring signals matter—so I could apply the right performance and security checklist to each client instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all playbook.
