Focus: Modernization

In order to scale effectively globally, we needed to adopt bleeding-edge tools while dealing with aggressive legacy migrations.

Milestone

Upgrading the entire stack to Next.js v16 and Tailwind CSS v4.

Key Work

Managing complex merge conflicts and implementing i18n (internationalization) for global accessibility. While refactoring was taxing, standardizing onto modern frameworks paid massive dividends rapidly.
